EARTH give GROUNDING and STABILITY POWER
WATER give FLOWING and CRASHING POWER
FIRE give BURNING and EXPLODING POWER
WIND give ESCAPING and ELUSION POWER
VOID is not an element but is a STATE OF BEING |
In this state all the element merge and combine together in a complete system
of SELF DEFENSE and WAY OF LIFE.
Every Element is the combination of the “5 Steps to the Heaven”
1: MIND ATTITUDE to direct our INTENTION to SOLVE THE SITUATION.
2: BODY POSTURE to GENERATE POWER in a natural way.
3: EMOTION knowledge positioning and transformation.
4: ENERGY DIRECTION control development.
5: SPIRIT GROWING by POWER and COMPASSION.
In this retreat we will explore the entire difference between every element and many different applications, and the training will include:
Rolling, punching, kicking, levers, blockage, strangling, escaping and pressure point.
All retreat IS OPEN for EVERYONE and EVERY AGE without any special prerequisite of martial arts skill or knowledge and will be teach in
a FULL SAFETY and CONTROLLING ENVIROMENT of Tao Garden.
