You’ll see cascading white fabric from the ceilings to the floor level. The interior will provide you with a balance of furnishings and fixtures, but they avoid anything that could be considered excess. Gentle lighting will help to show off the subtleties of the nature areas beyond the walls.

peace. You can explore the areas surrounding the spas, and enhance your tranquility with traditional Thai spa treatments or massages. A sensual, anti-stress or body contour massage will help you to reach a state of deep calm.

” Tai Chi ” - the Universe and You
Jan 8th
Tai Chi By Master Mantak Chia
Tao Garden Health Spa & Resort
Just as the universe is an integrated whole, the body is an integrated whole with each part connected to and dependent on the other parts.
Yet as we become adults leading sedentary lives, we often forget to use all parts of our bodies. We depend on head and arms, using our spine, hips and legs only to get us from car to elevator, to swivel chair, where we can use our head and arms again. By restricting our movement, we forget how to move strongly lithely and efficiently.
When we forget how to live fully in our bodies, we overly restrict the way we move and eventually we forget who we really are. Through Daily Tai Chi practice, we can become as children again, without stiffness or tension. We can relearn to move freely and naturally with the whole body connected, both structurally and energetically. In this way, we mirror our connection to the larger whole, as part of the universe. Through Tai Chi we can become fully ourselves.
Tai Chi has nothing to do with the number of moves you learn or the different styles one knows, it is the quality of each movement that counts. Tai Chi forms taught at Tao Garden Health Resort are short and quite simple to learn. This gives for more time to work on the internal aspects (organs and energy) which drive the Tai Chi and drive life. We can discover, through Tai Chi, the mechanisms for connecting our internal with the external universe. For without this, there is no life.

Holistic Medicine
Jan 7th
What is holistic medicine?
This means that in diagnostic as well as in therapies we are dealing with the whole person, not symptoms only, not illness only, not only the mind, emotions, spirit.
All these are connected and influencing each other.
Our approach to healing is kind of maintenance: cleansing the physical from unhealthy stuff which has been accumulated over years and the nonphysical from unhealthy emotions. Taking care for good nutrition and getting the energy in balance.
This comes closer to the the cause of the problems than just treating symptoms.
This way we do not need any drugs and our methods are different form Western medicine.
On the other hand our holistic doctors are also qualified and certified in Western medicine.
They are well prepared to recognice any state that needs western medicine treatment like operations or emergency handling. In this cases they would refer to a Western medicine hospital for appropriate treatment. If necessary they can start immidiately the proper first aid before transferring to one of the cooperating hospitals.

Colonic Detox Hydrotherapy

Colonic Detox Hydrotherapy

Colon cleansing in the intestinal system is accomplished by using herbal extracts with reverse osmosis water and a special colonic ozone machine. It helps cleanse and detoxify the large intestine and aids the reconstitution of intestinal flora.
The longer your body is exposed to putrefying food in your intestines, the greater the risk of developing disease. Infrequent or poor quality bowel movements over an extended period of time are very hazardous to your health.

A person’s total body fat percentage is the total weight of the person’s fat divided by the person’s weight. The resulting number reflects both essential fat and storagefat.
* Essential fat is that amount of fat necessary for maintenance of life and reproductive functions. The percentage for women is greater than that for men, due to the demands of childbearing and other hormonal functions. Essential fat is 2-4 % in men and 10-12% in women
* Storage fat consists of fat accumulation in adipose tissue, part of which protects internal organs in the chest and abdomen. the minimum recommended total body fat percentage exceeds the essential fat percentage value reported above. A number of online tools are available for calculating estimated body fat percentage.

Here is what you can do on your own; these techniques have demonstrated clear results for everyone who engage with them. They are based on the body’s logic for detoxification, trialed by years of expertise.
Waking up
As your body wakes up, stretch in your bed and move your feet and toes.
In the toes, the energetic and nervous termination of your body end. Stretching allows the energy to circulate.
Drink warm water, not tea or another liquid. During and directly after this practice of starting your day you should drink two, three or even four cups of warm water. You will be going to the toilet more often and activate the functioning of your kidneys.
Toxins accumulate in the fat; warm water helps dissolve the fat and flush the toxins away. Water is empty of carriage; it can transport your toxins out of the body instead of transporting a flavor.
Once on your feet, loosen your joints and stretch your rested muscles; providing them with plenty of loving care.
By exercising your muscle and joints you ease the energy as well as the blood flow through your organism.
Gently hit the organs and the skin all over your body. You can do this with your hands; but for better results, use a bamboo or metal hitter or alternatively a beam bag. The bamboo hitter stimulates internal tissues with vibration.
Toxins agglomerate with one another; gently hitting those may break the agglomerate to smaller units more easily transported through the lymph and blood stream to be filtered away. It also stimulates stem cells rejuvenation of the targeted area.
Brush and scrap your skin all over your body toward your heart. Use the provided dry sponge.
The skin is the final organ where toxins are stored, brushing the lymph to bigger lymph nodes allows the toxin to rejoin the blood stream and be filtered away.
Clean your nose by pouring warm salted water through one nostril to the other.
The mucus is to be washed away, so that more can form! With a clear nose, respiration is more efficient, this is very important for good health.
Practice belly breathing, 9 times minimum. Belly breathing is a dynamic form of breathing; it activates and trains the belly muscles, stimulates the blood flow and helps the digestive process.
A warm and energetic belly, the center of your body, is of utmost important in your health journey. The Taoist secret for a healthy long life is to keep your navel and kidneys warm at all time.
Have a beautiful day …
