What is holistic medicine?
This means that in diagnostic as well as in therapies we are dealing with the whole person, not symptoms only, not illness only, not only the mind, emotions, spirit.
All these are connected and influencing each other.

The hydrotherapy pool at Tao Garden is sensational.It has 5 station. The first one is like a warm-up , preparing you for a session of exercise. That is really what it is: exercise in water. You sit down, and the beams warm up you spine. By getting up and sitting down, the whole back is beeing beamed. The feeling can only be described as more than good. Station number 2 works on your upper body. By turning, every muscle is being massaged in the most thrilling way. Water is a magical thing. You twist around effortlessly, just enjoying the water caressing your body, gently beating your tender muscles. The next station takes care of the private parts, Tao Garden also has a unique genital detox therapy program to reduce sedimentation or coagulation of the vessels and ducts in the sexual organs. The treatment through the hydrotherapy emphasises the manual treatment. The magic waterbeams give you a release from tensions that is sensational.
As the beams are working your lower body, you can yourself see the upper body by stretching and bending to improve your flexibility. Station number 4 takes care of your shoulders and upper back.All station have to be supervised by staff to ensure safety.
