TAO MENU for All Blood Types A, B, AB, O
 
Soy Milk

Ingredient

- Cracked Soya Bean
7 cups
- Coix lacryma-Jobi
1 cup
  - White Sesame 1 cup
  - Squeezed Pandan Leaf 1 cup
  - Clean Water 7.5 liters

Method      

Clean the soya beans, sesame and Coix lacryma-Jobi, remove the hulls be kneading the soya beans and flushing the loose hulls with water. Then soak them in water for 10 - 16 hours after that clean with water again for 2-3 times. Grind the soaked soya beans and 1 liter water in a blender, Sieve the mixture trough a cheese cloth and recover the soy milk then Heat the soy milk for about 30 to 45 minutes always stir the soy milk during heating and continue boiling for about 5 minutes, adding some Molasses or 2 spoons of honey. After cooling, the soy milk is ready.
