Chicken and Yard Long Bean fry with Curry Paste

Ingredient

- Chicken (Chest part and shed the skin)
300 Grams
- Curry Paste
1.5 Table Spoon
- Sugar Cane
1/2 Table Spoon
- Soybean Sauce
1/2 Table Spoon
- Chicken Stock Water
1/2 Cup
  - Yard Long Bean 200 Grams
  - Vegetable Oil 2 Table Spoon
  - Kaffir Leaf 3 Leafs
  - Red Pepper (Slice) 1
1 Piece
     

Method:

Fire oil until hot put curry paste to fry then put sugarcane, Soybean Sauce then fire in low temperature. Put the chicken to fry with stock water, fire in middle temperature until the water put yard long bean, kaffir leaf, red pepper fry until bean to be ripe(not to long time). Serve with rice.
