Panda Leaf (for wrap) |

Method:
Wash Chicken and rest on sieve. To pound parsley root, Garlic, Pepper and salt until powdered then dip up and mix with chicken and sesame oil then leaven for 30-60 minutes. Wrap the chicken with Pandan Leaf in Triangle shape. Fry oil in medium or high temperature then fry wrapped chicken until yellow, dip up and serve with sweet dipping. |
