Method:
Fry fish in boiled oil until become yellow then dip up and keep. Mix chopped chicken, Ginger and Mushroom to fry with oil until chicken to be ripe, pour chicken stock, Oyster Sauce and Soy Sauce to fry until sticky and dip up. Fry oil in high temperature for fry morning glory then dip up and put in plate. Boil water (put some of sesame oil) then put noodle to scald then dip up and put on fried glory. Put fried fish over the noodle and pour over with sauce. Scatter over with red pepper, Celery and fried garlic then ready to serve. |
