TAO MENU for All Blood Types AB, B and O
 
Papaya Salad

Ingredient

- unripe papaya shredded
250 g
- Carrot
30 g
- Tomato
50 g
- Garlic
2 cloves
- Yard long Bean
50 g
  - Chili 3 or more
  - Peanuts 50 g
  - Lime 2 tablespoons
  - Soybean Sauce 2 tablespoons
  - Tamarind Sauce 1 tablespoon
  - Palm Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
     

Method:

Peel fresh green papaya, shredded papaya out, Slice tomatoes thinly. In a clay mortar, coarsely pound the fresh chiles (whole), Yard long bean and garlic. Add string beans and sliced tomato, roasted peanuts, and pound it lightly (do not over-crush). Add soybean sauce, tamarind, palm sugar and lime juice. Add these items spoon-by-spoon, and taste as you go, Lightly pound (optional). Add shredded papaya and pound together until mixed well. Serve on a dish with fresh cabbage and string beans on the side

Tip: freeze papaya shredded and carrot before cook for fragile and delicious.
