TAO MENU for All Blood Types A, B, AB and O
 
Chinese Spinach Roll with Sesame Sauce

Ingredient

- Chinese Spinach leaves
200 g.
- Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
- White Sesame Seed
2 teaspoons
- Corn flour
1 tablespoon
- Water
1/2 Cup

Method

      1. Blanch Chinese spinach leaves in boiling water for 10 seconds. Drain spinach, refresh under cold running water drain again and place in a bowl, add light soy sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

      2. Squeeze spinach and make roll, cut into 5 cm. a each. Place in a plate.

      3. Combine corn flour with water to make a thin paste.

      4. To make sauce by add remaining light soy sauce and pour into a small saucepan heat on medium heat when hot add sesame oil and corn flour paste. Stirring constantly until sauce start to get thicken. Pour sauce over spinach rolled, sprinkle some white sesame seed. Serve hot.
