TAO MENU for All Blood Types A, B, AB
 
Tao Yoghurt

Ingredient

- Goat milk
- Vita-Ferment yoghurt

Method      

  1. Bring goat milk close to boiling point, 85-95 degree.
  2. Let the milk cool down to 42-45 degree. Mix in 1 pouch of Vita-Ferment yoghurt bacteria until the Ferment is dissolved.
  3. Close lit and place vaccinated milk into a 42-45 degree warm place for 6-8 hours.
  4. During this time don't move or shake the fermented goat milk.
  5. After fermentation period place joghurt in refrigorator for 12 hours to reach full joghurt taste.
