TAO MENU for Blood Types A, AB, O
 
Tofu with Tamarind Sauce

Ingredient

- Tofu
350 Grams
- Season tamarind sauce
1.5 Cup
  - Steamed Dried Mushroom 3 pcs.
  - Fired Chilly cut into pcs. 1/4 Cup
  - Sesame Oil 2 Table Spoon
  - Potato Flour mixed with water 1 Table Spoon
  - Vegetable Oil 1 Liter
  - Grounded Pepper  

Method      

Cut tofu in dice shape 1 ½ inch, fire the vegetable oil in medium temperature then fire tofu in oil until turn into dark yellow, take out and to dry with blotting paper. Cut mushroom into 4 parts put on fired tofu.

Fire tamarind sauce, when hot put potato flour, sesame oil, grounded pepper mix together, fire until the mixer become sauce then dip up and pour over tofu. To scatter over with fired dried chili. Serve with rice.
