Ingredient

- Goat milk |

- Vita-Ferment yoghurt |

Method:
- Bring goat milk close to boiling point, 85-95 degree.
- Let the milk cool down to 42-45 degree. Mix in 1 pouch of Vita-Ferment yoghurt bacteria until the Ferment is dissolved.
- Close lit and place vaccinated milk into a 42-45 degree warm place for 6-8 hours.
- During this time don't move or shake the fermented goat milk.
- After fermentation period place joghurt in refrigorator for 12 hours to reach full joghurt taste.
