The vegetable stock, chicken stock and fish stock.

In this article will start with Vegetable Stock.

This stock consists the nutrition & mind sweet, seasoning and mineral. So we don’t have to use the MSG monosodium glutamate, normal salt with lean high sodium which hurt kidney and cost high blood pressure.

This Vegetable Stock can use for any soup you want ,can be stir fly or boiled vegetable, any food you want to cook will add up more favor and delicious but healthy. No need to use the chemical seasoning. Blood group cooking, we will give you one by one receipt.

Hints:

Fresh or organic vegetable will bring great benefits for your health. Let the water boil in maximum heat before putting the vegetables in. Use the dipper to clear off the floating matter from the top of surface; and please be careful not to be blistered.

Ingredients:

- Coriander root (Cilantro root) or Celery root 50 g
- Radish (Coriander is the most common herb in Thai cooking. It’s leaves can used for fresh, peppery flavor and as a garnish.)
300 g
- Parsley
300 g
- Pumpkin (Genus Cucurbita)
300 g
- Rip Ginger
100 g
- Green Papaya 500 g
- Onion bulb 1 piece
- Ground Black pepper seed Soil Bean 30 g
- Bean 50 g
- Purifies water
5 ltrs

Preparation times: only 15 minutes
1. Wash all kind of vegetables and slice into small pieces
2. Boil water to maximum heat.
3. Bring ground black pepper seed, soil bean, coriander root.
4. Reduce the heat and dip up the bubble then we will get
     the limpid soup.
