In this all male seminar we will practice breathing exercises, meditation, and

Tao Yoga & Tai Chi Chi Kung Retreat (Certification)

Tai Chi Chi Kung consists of thirteen movements which are performed in all the four directions, clockwise and counterclockwise. In the practice of Tai Chi Chi Kung, the increased energy flow developed through the Microcosmic Orbit, Fusion work, Iron Shirt, Tao Yin and Tan Tien Chi Kung practices are integrated into one unified movement, so that the body learns more efficient ways of utilizing energy in motion. Improper body movements restrict energy flow causing energy blockages, poor posture, and, in some cases, serious illness. Quite often, back problems are the result of improper posture, accumulated tension, weakened bone structure, and psychological stress. One result of increased body awareness through movement is an increased awareness of one's environment and the potentials it contains. Since Tai Chi is a gentle way of exercising and keeping the body fit, it can be practiced well into advanced age because the movements do not strain one's physical capacity as some aerobic exercises do. In this course we teach also (1) Opening of the Microcosmic Orbit , activate the three Fires and Six Directions, (2) Iron Shirt Chi Kung I, Tao Yin and Buddha Palm.

Tai Chi Chi Kung II: Use the discharge technique to absorb and transmit the Universal and Earth Forces in this higher level of moving meditation.World Link: Create a protective field around themselves and to access healing energy from the universe. Strengthen the immune system and create a better life for oneself. Wisdom Chi Kung: Teaches to connect with the universal energies, expand our awareness out, but charge the body with this energy, not to loose sight of the physical realm. Elixir Chi Kung: Consists of 11 postures; nine of these involve gathering the forces through the saliva.

The title of senior instructor followed and the decision to offer courses worldwide came along. At the same time Walter teaches since 10 years on the side of Master Chia at Tao Garden, Thailand. Tao Garden became his second home and his personal development is always up to date with Master Chia’s teaching. Walter’s quite nature and his Swiss charm allows him to pass on even delicate subjects with smiling eyes to the participants. In the course of many years of teaching and answering many questions he learned to pass on the essence of the Universal Healing Tao system in a compact and practical way. Participants of both gender and any age receive a profound tool, which is of great effect but easy to realize. Walter Kellenberger is born in Switzerland on December 31st, 1950. It is now more than 20 years that he and his wife Jutta learned the practices of Healing Tao. They where trained personally by Taoist Master Mantak Chia for many years in Europe, USA and Thailand. Gradually the daily life became more aligned to the basis of the Taoist teaching and became its calling.
