Ingredients:
Shrimp
Mushroom
Small chili
Lime juice
Soya sauce
Chili oil
Coriander leaf
Kaffir lime leaf
Galanga

1 sprig
2 leafs
6 pieces

   
Method:

Make a soup from chicken stock soup.

  • when boil put all ingredients, chili, mushroom, soya sauce, lemon grass, line leaf, galangal .
  • we add the prawn which cut in haft
  • cook for few minutes
  • when the prawn get into pink color then put some chili oil
  • not cooking for long time, just about 2 minutes then serving sweet & sour soup in Thai style.
