Our goal with the Weight Loss program is to offer you the knowledge and tools to achieve your long-term weight management goals. Proper nutrition and consistent exercise is the mainstay of an effective weight loss program. The weight loss program is customized to individual needs taking into account body type, health status and nutritional needs. An important part of weight management is the removal of obstacles to proper organ function with a detoxification and cleansing schedule. Our weight loss program includes individual sessions with our personal trainers and physiomassage practitioners. A focus on cardiopulmonary exercises helps to improve circulation and increase the bodies metabolic rate in order to consume more calories. Stretching and yoga exercises help to increase flexibility, give an increased sense of well-being and help to energize the body. The weight loss program also includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities including water exercises, cycle training, hiking and slimming massages.
